Ingredients:

– 2 rounds of rolled pizza dough
– Tomato sauce
– Mozzarella
– Pizza/pasta seasoning

It's best to prepare everything on a tray straight away:
Spread the first pizza dough with the tomato sauce and leave approx. 1cm free from the edge.
Sprinkle with the finely chopped mozzarella and season with the pizza/pasta seasoning.

Place the second dough directly on top of the already lined dough so that the edges are flush.
Place a glass in the middle of the dough and cut equal-sized pieces with a knife.
Now turn each piece again by 360 degrees and remove the glass again.

The Pizza Sonne is now baked at approx. 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
