Ingredients:

– 1 liter of milk
– 30g sugar
– 30g dessert spice
– Short grain rice
– Cinnamon

Bring the milk to the boil in a pan with the sugar, dessert spices and short grain rice.
Reduce the temperature slightly and let the rice pudding soak for 20-30 minutes.
Stir occasionally to ensure nothing burns.
Pour the rice pudding into plates or bowls and serve.

Season with a little cinnamon if necessary.
