Ingredients:
– 6 slices of bread (can also be 1-2 days old)
– White wine
– 6 slices of ham
– 6 to 12 slices of raclette cheese (depending on the size of the bread)
– Raclette/ fondue spices
Toast the bread slices a little in the toaster or in the oven.
Then place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper, sprinkle with a little white wine and top with the ham and raclette cheese.
Finally season with the raclette/fondue seasoning.
Now bake in the preheated oven at 190 degrees +/- 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
