Ingredients:

– 2 tbsp oil
– 3 cloves of garlic
– 500g spinach
– 1.2 liters of vegetable bouillon
– 1 cup of half cream
– GmüesGwürz
– SchtiekHuus-Pfäffer

Sauté the oil with the pressed garlic and add the spinach until it wilts. Add the stock and half cream, bring to the boil and puree with a blender (until the desired consistency).

A dab of cream, nuts, bread croutons or simply spinach leaves can be used as decoration.
