It all began in 1980 in small Märwil in the canton of Thurgau.
Peter Stettler, a trained butcher, lives his passion: putting together fresh spices with great creativity in order to conjure up the maximum flavor for each dish for the customer.
Even today, the spice mixtures are not produced and processed in stockpiles (stock) but on demand (customer orders). We then seal the flavor into the shaker using the aroma seal that comes on each shaker.
