Ingredients:

  • Vegetables of your choice e.g.:
  • Carrots
  • Potatoes
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Randen
  • Pumpkin
  • Beans
  • Peas
  • rapeseed oil
  • GmüesGwürz

Wash and peel the vegetables and slice them into thin slices using a slicer.
Mix everything carefully in a bowl, season with the spices and place on a tray lined with baking paper. Now bake in the oven at approx. 160° degrees for 50-60 minutes.

Turn the vegetables every now and then, as soon as they become crispy, remove them from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.
