Ingredients:
– 5 slices of toast bread, cut into small cubes
– 1dl milk
– 350g mixed vegetables, chopped into small pieces
– OIL
– 400g minced meat
– BBQ rub
– SchtiekHuus-Pfäffer
Soften the bread in milk.
In the meantime, sauté the vegetables in the pan with a little oil. Then knead the bread, vegetables and meat with a little spice into a nice mass and form burgers that are approx. 1 cm thick.
The burgers are cooked or grilled in the pan or on the grill to the desired doneness.
