Ingredients:
– 300g fresh strawberries
– 40g dessert spice
– 5dl half cream
Wash the strawberries, cut away the green and quarter them.
Puree with the dessert spices and cream and freeze in a Tupperware container.
Make balls with an ice cream spoon and serve.
