Ingredients:

- 3 tbsp herbal vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 smaller onions, finely chopped
- various herbs finely chopped
- SchtiekHuus-Pfäffer
- Tuscany salt

Mix all the ingredients together and pour the sauce over the salad.
Pour the sauce over it just before serving.
