- 500g Hörnli
- Härdöpflwürz
- 2DL cream
- 100g mining cheese, ranged
- Schteekhuuspäffer
- Roasted onions

Cook the Hörnli in boiling hardness sweep water al dente, punch and put it aside.
Be warm in a pan warm, add Hörnli and bring to a boil.

Give the cheese over the Hörnli and mix well until the cheese is beautifully melted, season with the spices and place in plates.

Give and serve as a decoration of some roasting on the chesthli.
