Chickball
Ingredients:
- Finely chopped onions
- little rapeseed oil
- 1 slice of bread from the previous day
- Fresh herbs chopped
- 500 g of poulet minced meat
- 1 egg
- Güggeligwüß
- Schteißhuusfäffer
Sauté the onions in a frying pan with little oil and set aside.
Disconnect the bread from the edge and soften with a little water, then express.
Now mix the poulet minced meat with the onions, bread, herbs and egg and knead to a beautiful crowd and season with the spices.
Then shapes into small balls (4cm diameter) and fry in the pan or simmer slightly in a sauce until the meat is cooked through.
