Meat birds

Ingredients:

- 4 thin beef plotli
- 8 tranches bacon
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- mustard
- Fresh herbs, finely chopped
- Carrots, cut into strips about 1cm thick
- roast butter
- Meat
- Salt
- Schteekhuus papers

Mix the onions and herbs in a bowl.
Place the meat on a plate, spread with mustard and cover bacon with 2 tranches.

With 2-3 carrot strips occupy and add 2 teaspoons from the onion herbal mass and spread well.
Now roll up the meat with the filling and fix it with toothpicks.
The meat birds in a roast sauce, covered at low heat, simmer for about 50-55 minutes.
