Ingredients:

– 1 rectangular pizza dough
– 200g ricotta
– mixed vegetables, chopped into small pieces

  • Carrots
  • Pepperoni
  • Zucchini
  • Kohlraven
  • Radisli
  • Onions

– 90g grated cheese
– Härdöpfel spice
– Salad seasoning
– SchtiekHuusPfäffer
– fresh herbs if required

Mix all the ingredients together and season with the spices.
Roll out the dough on the worktop and spread the mixture over the dough, leaving 1/3 of the dough free, the long surface.

Roll up the dough in the direction of the unfilled dough.

Then cut off 12-15 snails with a sharp knife and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200° degrees for about 20 minutes.
