Ingredients:
- 6 fresh eggs
- fresh herbs
- Greeting
- Schtechuuspfäffer
The egg with the herbs and the spices smacked well.
Put the crowd in a frying pan that is already heated with roast butter. With small heat and with a trowel mix with constant stirring until it gets tight but not dry.
Serve scrambled eggs and use as deco, fresh herbs or spring onions.
