Scrambled eggs with herbs


- 3 eggs, freshly opened
- Fresh garden herbs, chopped
- Güggeligwürz
- Härdöpflwürz
- Schtechuuspfäffer
- roast butter

Mix the eggs with the herbs and season with the spices by their own gusto. Then in a frying pan, which is already heated with some roast butter, give the egg mass into it and push back and for with a low heat, with a wooden trowel.

The scrambled egg should be slightly wet, but styled.
Arrange and serve on plates.
