Wash the spargles and deposit the lower 4cm.
Then peel the lower half, burst with the oil and season the spices.
Bake on a baking mat or in an aluminum cup on the grill (about 18 minutes), at 180 degrees.
Remove from the grill and serve as soon as possible.
Sprinkle with some fresh Parmesan as needed.
