- 2 onions
- 750g sweet potatoes
- 3DL white wine
- 1 liter of vegetable bouillon
- little butter
Finely chop the onion.
Cut the sweet potatoes into small cubes and dampen with the onion together in butter. Deglaze with the wine, simmer and bring to a boil with the bouillon.
Then reduce the heat and simmer until the sweet potatoes are soft.
Finally, puree everything and season with the spices.
