Ingredients:
– 2 onions
– 750g sweet potatoes
– 3dl white wine
– 1 liter vegetable bouillon
– little butter
– SchtiekHuusPfäffer
– Härdöpfel spice
Chop the onion finely.
Cut the sweet potatoes into small cubes and steam them in butter with the onion. Deglaze with the wine, let it simmer and bring to the boil again with the stock.
Then reduce the heat and simmer until the sweet potatoes are soft.
Finally, puree everything and season with the spices.
