Ingredients:
– 1 kg waxy potatoes
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 5 rosemary styles
– Härdöpfel spice
– SchtiekHuus Pfäffer
Wash and quarter the potatoes and put them in a bowl with the rosemary.
Add the olive oil and spices and mix well.
Place everything on a prepared baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
