Ingredients:
– 3 tomatoes, skinned
– 1 chopped onion
– Härdöpfel spice
– SchtiekHuus Pfäffer
– Olive oil
– Pepperoncini
Heat the oil in a pan and add the tomatoes and onions and simmer until soft. Season with the spices and puree finely in a hand blender.
If necessary, season again.
