Ingredients:

– 500g flour
– 3 dl water
– 1 bag of dry yeast
– 4 tbsp pizza/pasta seasoning
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– Olives pitted and halved

Mix the flour, dry yeast and the pizza/pasta seasoning in a bowl, then pour in the water and olive oil and knead into a smooth dough.
At the very end, the olives are kneaded into the dough, then let the dough rise in a bowl in a warm place for about 1 ½ hours.

Once the dough has doubled in size, put the dough on a tray, knead it again briefly and then shape it into a ball. If necessary, press olives again onto the top of the bread.
Now cover the bread again with a towel for about 45 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190° degrees for about 30 minutes.

Tip:
The olives can be added as desired and the bread can also be baked flat or in a loaf pan.
