Ingredients:
– 1 cup of crème fraîche
– ½ teaspoon freeze-dried garlic
– Härdöpfelgwürz
– 1 cup of low-fat quark (250g)
– fresh herbs
Mix the crème fraîche, garlic and quark well in a bowl.
Add the garlic pieces and season well with the Härdöpfel spice.
Cut the herbs into small pieces and mix them in the dipping sauce, then cool so that the sauce can infuse well.
