Ingredients:
– 300g dried tomatoes
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 40g pine nuts
– 80g Parmesan
– 120ml olive oil
– SchtiekHuus Pfäffer
– Härdöpfel spice
Cut the tomatoes and garlic a little smaller, put them in a blender together with the pine nuts and parmesan and puree them finely.
Add the olive oil, mix and season to your own taste.
