Ingredients:

– 1 cake dough round
– 350g spinach, chopped and thawed
– 4 eggs
– 3dl full cream
– Härdöpfel spice
– SchteikHuusPfäffer
– Nutmeg

Lay out the dough in a round baking tray
Mix the spinach with the eggs and cream.
Season with the various spices and pour the mixture onto the dough.

Now put the cake in the preheated oven at 190° and let it bake for 30 - 40 minutes.
