Ingredients:
– 1 rectangular puff pastry
– 10 Wienerli
– 2 egg yolks, whisked
– di Bescht dipping sauce
Cut the puff pastry into 10 strips of equal width.
Prick the Wienerli slightly with a fork and wrap it with the puff pastry.
Place the sausages on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush with the egg yolk.
Now bake in a preheated oven at 180° degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
It's best to serve it hot straight away and add "di Bescht" as a dipping sauce!
