Ingredients:
– 500g white flour
– 3dl water
– 1 tsp Härdöpfel spice
– 1 packet of yeast
Mix all the ingredients together and knead into a smooth dough. Now let the dough rest until it has doubled in size.
Now knead the dough again and form 10-12 rolls.
Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper, cover with a kitchen towel, leave for about 30 minutes, then cut into them with a sharp knife.
Now preheat the oven to 200° degrees and then bake the rolls for +/- 15 minutes. Then let them cool on a rack.
