Ingredients:
- 5dl fully cream
- 1 tablespoons of hardships
Stir the cream and the hardships with the swing broom until it starts to be flaky and the buttermilk leaks. The buttermilk can be collected and drunk.
Then give the butter into a bowl with ice water and cool down, as long as knead until all buttermilk is gone and the butter is firm.
The butter shapes in portions, filling in glasses etc ...
Then absolutely cool well and enjoy only after a few hours.
Please note that this is a recipe for salt butter and fits excellently to lye bread or as aperitif.
