Camembert in puff pastry

Ingredients:

- 1 Camembert
- 1 round puff pastry
- 6 bacon
- 1 egg yolk
- Raclette / Fonduegwürz

Cut the Camembert and season with the raclette / fondue throw, then collapse again and wrap with the bacon tranches until the cheese is completely wrapped from the bacon.
Now pack the Camembert with the puff pastry nicely and hide the ends under the cheese (maybe cut something right away).

Put the cheese on a busy baking tray and bake in the oven at 180 ° degrees for about 20-30 minutes.
If the cheese is beautiful golden brown, take out of the oven and enjoy it immediately.
