Champignons spaghetti


- 400g mushrooms cut
- 1 onion chopped
- oil
- Schteekhuuspäffer
- Härdöpflwürz
- 1DL half
- 500g spaghetti
- Parmesan

Dry the mushrooms with the chopped onion in oil and deglaze with the halfway after about 4 minutes. Season with the spices and keep it warm.
In the meantime, cook the spaghetti, drain and mix mixture with the mushroom sauces.
Refine with parmesan as needed.
