Ingredients:

– 400g sliced mushrooms
– 1 onion chopped
– Oil
– SchtiekHuus-Pfäffer
– Härdöpfel spice
– 1dl half cream
– 500g spaghetti
– Parmesan

Sauté the mushrooms with the chopped onion in oil and after about 4 minutes deglaze with the half cream. Season to taste and keep warm.
In the meantime, cook the spaghetti, drain it and mix it with the mushroom sauce mixture.
Refine with Parmesan if necessary.
