Lemon potatoes

Ingredients:

- 1 kg of boiling potatoes, cut into slicy
- 1 lemon, cut in 10-12 pieces
- Härdöpflwürz
- Olive oil
- Schtechuuspfäffer

Mix the potatoes with the lemon carvings, the hardships, olive oil and the Schtechuuspfäffer well and place onto a sheet covered with baking paper.
Now bake the potatoes at 200 degrees, about 30-35 minutes.

Turn the potato snows occasionally, so they are crispy on all sides.
