Stuffed potatoes


- 6 middle potatoes
- bacon cube
- cut fresh herbs
- Spring onions cut into fine rings
- 1 cup of crème fraiche
- Härdöpflwürz
- Schtechuuspfäffer

Wash the potatoes and get lightly in a pan (but by no means too soft). In the meantime, briefly sauté the bacon cube with the onions in a pan.
Now take the finished potatoes from the pan and from above, cut into a funnel.

Mix the bacon, onions, herbs and crème fraîche and season with the spices. Then the potatoes are filled with the filling, which may also look beyond the potato.

Now bake the potatoes in the oven at 200 ° degrees for 12 minutes.
