Fine potato slices

Ingredient:

- 1kg potatoes
- some olive or rapeseed oil
- Härdöpfel seasoning

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Cut the potatoes into evenly thick slices (about 4mm thick) and mix in a bowl with a little oil.

Now season with our HärdöpfelGwürz and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes until golden brown, from both sides.
