Vegetable minced meat burger


- 5 slices of toast bread, cut into small cubes
- 1DL milk
- 350g mixed vegetables, cut small
- oil
- 400g minced meat
- Schteekhuuspäffer

Rough the bread in milk.

In the meantime, the vegetables sauté in the pan with some oil. Then bread, vegetables, meat with some spice to knead a beautiful crowd and burger shapes that are about 1 cm thick.

The burgers are cooked or grilled in the pan or on the grill to the desired cooking level.
