- 400g floury boiling potatoes
- 1 egg yolk
- 5EL flour
- 4EL Griess
Wash the potatoes and cook in a pan soft, allow to cool, peel and press through the potato press or as alternatively puree with the blender.
Add the remaining ingredients and season with the spices and mix them into a soft dough.
In a pan, let water hot, but not cooking!
Roll the dough with your hands on a pollinated work surface and cut into uniform pieces and shape to Gnocchi's.
With a fork, the grooves are pressed.
Now simmer the Gnocchi's in salted water, drain and serve.
If the Gnocchi's fall apart at the sample, just knead some gries or flour under the dough.
