Tortellini Alla Panna


- 500g Tortellini, ready
- 5DL cream
- 200g bacon od. Ham, cut
- Parmesan
- Muscat
- Härdöpflwürz
- Schtikhuuspfäffer

Cook the tortellini in salted water until this al dente are.
Briefly sauté the bacon in a pan, then give the cream and simmer slightly, give the tortellini and mix.

Season with the Parmesan, nutmeg, hardships, Schtechuuspfäffer to taste and serve hot.
