- 1 onion
- ½ bunch of parsley
- ½ bund basil
- 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1.5 El Mayo
- 1.25 TL mustard
- 5 tablespoons of rapeseed oil
Finely chop the onion, wash the herbs, dry and also finely cut.
Together with the vinegar, mayo, mixture until a smooth mass is created.
Then stir the oil, very slowly below until a creamy sauce is created.
Season with the spices and serve with the salad.
