Ingredients:

– 150g cheese of your choice, grated
– Raclette/ fondue spices

Place the cheese mixture in portions on a baking tray lined with baking paper, flatten slightly and season with the raclette/fondue seasoning.

Bake in the middle of the oven at 190° degrees for about 10 minutes until the chips are light brown. Let it cool on the tray, then enjoy.

Tip:
1 tsp = small chips
1 tbsp = large chips
