- 4 slices of bread (ca.1cm thick)
- 4 slices of raclette cheese of your choice
- Raclette / Fonduegwürz
- White wine
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Place the bread slices onto a baking sheet covered with baking paper and drizzle with a little white wine (only the top layer from the bread should be wet ...).
Now place the cheese on the bread and season with our raclette / fondness.
Who likes, may also like to give our freeze-dried garlic on it, for a fine garlic note.
Then bake the raclet breads in the oven, at 180 degrees about 15 minutes.
Taste at any time excellent.
