Ingredients:

- Cut 1 carrot into rings
- Cut the leek into rings
- Cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ zucchetti cut into small pieces
- some cream cheese
- Greeting
- Puff pastry
- 1 egg

Damp the vegetables in a pan in a little oil, mix with a little cream cheese and season with the gullwear.
Allow the vegetable mixture to cool slightly.

Cut the puff pastry into about 10x10cm pieces and cover with the vegetable mixture, cover with a second puff pastry piece (if the dough does not keep as good, just use some egg as glue).
Place all squares on a baking paper covered with baking paper and spread with egg.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
