- 1 cup of crème fraiche
- ½ teaspoon garlic freeze-dried
- 1 cup of lean quark (250g)
- fresh herbs
Mix the crème fraîche, garlic and quark in a bowl.
Add the garlic pieces to it and season with the hardships of wheat.
Cut the herbs small and also mix in the dipp sauce, then cool so that the sauce can pull through well.
