Ingredients:
– 1 whole chicken
– GüggeliGwürz
Preheat the oven to 200° degrees.
Place the chicken in an ovenproof dish, pat dry and season well with the GüggeliGwürz.
Depending on the size of the chicken, bake for about 40 minutes.
Also works perfectly in the roasting bag.
