- Kohlrabi, peeled, cut in ca.5mm thick slices
- White flour
- 2 eggs
Turn the Kohlrabi slices, season and turn white flour, then turn in the egg and finally turn in the breadcrumbs.
Heat a frying pan with a little roast butter and fry the breaded kohlrabi in it on both sides.
Serve with a salad or pasta.
