- 1 Frischback baguette
- 1 cream cheese
- 100g bacon cube
- Fresh herbs, chopped
- 3 El Crème Fraiche
Bake the fresh back baguette in the oven, according to the leaflet.
Then remove the bread out of the oven and allow to cool on a grid, cut off the corners and hollow out the bread with a cellar.
Mix the soft bread, with the cream cheese, bacon cube, the crème fraîche and herbs. Season with the spices as needed.
Best to fill the mass into a piping bag and fill the bread from both sides.
The bread can be served directly or first cooled - as needed.
