- 500g white flour
- 2 Tl salt
- ½ dice yeast
- 3 - 3.5DL water
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 Elpizza / Pastagwürz
Mix flour, salt and pizza / pastag mirror in a bowl well.
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and place with the oil together to the flour.
Now form the dough to a soft ball.
Now let the dough on a warm place for about 1-15 hours.
Then use for bread rolls, pizza, baguette.
