Hörnli Gratin


- 300g Hörnli
- 150g bacon cube
- Freeze-dried chives
- freeze-dried onions
- little friction cheese

- 5 eggs
- 4DL milk
- 3DL cream
- Härdöpflwürz
- Güggeligwürz
- Schtechuuspfäffer

Cook the pasta in salted water until this al dente are.
Punch the water and drain. Make an oven-resistant form ready.

The noodles, the bacon cube, the herbs and the cheese mix in a bowl well and add to the casserole dish.
For the casting, mixing all the ingredients, season with the spices and place directly over the pasta in the baking dish.

Bake the casserole about 50 minutes at 190 degrees.
