- 6 slices of bread (can be already 1-2 days old)
- White wine
- 6 slices of ham
- 6 to 12 slices of raclette cheese (depending on the size of the bread)
- Raclette / Fonduegwürz
The bread slices slightly toast in the toaster or in the oven.
Then place on a tappet covered with baking paper, drizzle with a little white wine, cover with the ham and the raclette cheese.
Finally, season with the raclette / fondness.
Now bake in a preheated oven, at 190 degrees +/- 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
