Stedy's lucky biscuits


- 100g butter
- 6 protein
- 120g powdered sugar
- 120 flour
- 1 tablespoon of dessertweg

Melt the butter and allow to cool, open the egg whites stiff.
Add the powdered sugar to the butter, possibly seven and stir together.
Fill in flour and dessert coat.

The dough is still a bit liquid, with a spoon, the dough on the baking paper and thus shape circles with about 6cm diameter or present with a pencil.
Since the cookies must be shaped relatively quickly after baking, only a few per baking bake. Now bake the biscuits at 180 degrees for about 5 minutes (not golden brown!)

Immediately loosen the biscuits from the baking paper and put the saying to halve the biscuit and let us cool us on a grid.
