- 3 garlic pressed
- 2.5kg tomato dice
- 2dl vegetables bouillon
- 3 Tl sugar
Roast the garlic with a little butter.
Add the tomato cubes and briefly with vapors. Add the other ingredients such as: bouillon, sugar and spices and simmer.
Puree the sauce after about 40 minutes and season again.
Fresh basil, the sauce rounds off again in the taste.
