Ingredients:
– fresh, different vegetables
– Oil, for the deep fryer
– Stedy Spices of your choice
Wash and dry the vegetables and cut them into very thin slices using a slicer or by hand.
Heat the deep fryer to 200 degrees and slowly fry the zucchini chips.
Then take the finished chips out of the deep fryer and dry them on household paper.
Season immediately with your favorite spice Stedy.
