Ingredients:

– 500g flour
– 4 eggs
– 1 pinch of Härdöpfel spice
– 4 dl water
– Fried onions
-grated cheese

Mix the flour, eggs and Härdöpfel seasoning together and stir with the water to form a smooth spaetzli dough. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes until it forms nice bubbles.
Then scrape the dough into the boiling water in portions.

As soon as the spaetzli swim to the surface, they can be removed from the water with a slotted spoon. Place the spaetzli in a baking dish and sprinkle with the fried onions and cheese.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
